Our Unlimited Phone & Remote Tech Support Plan covers unlimited support calls with no additional per-call or per-hour fees for remote problem resolution(s). Call as often as you need without the worry of running up a bill.
Remote support enables us to respond faster than a site visit*. Many simple issues can be resolved on the phone or remotely. Remote support allows us to connect to your computer and see your computer screen as if we were sitting in front of it. The connection to your computer requires your assistance and permission to be able to gain access to your computer through a secure connection. During the remote support session you will see everything that our technician is doing on your system.
